Named one of Dealer News's Top 100 Women in Powersports for 2022, Kirsten is an impact-driven community builder and a specialist in emerging tech, sustainability, and international development. She is on the Advisory Board for both Women Riders Now and Rally for Rangers, and has worked with a range of nonprofits and organizations in the motorcycle industry. Kirsten is also a filmmaker and moto journalist, having written for publications such as VAHNA, Iron & Air, and WomenRidersNow.com, among others.

With nearly a decade of global development experience and growing local communities to inspire innovative thinking, Jennifer brings her love for adventure and people-based solutions to the Engines for Change Team. Her focus on harnessing passion to drive real-world results has its foundation in her academic achievements (with a B.A. in Diplomacy & World Affairs, and her current MLITT studies in Peacebuilding & Mediation), and her treasured experiences through living on almost every continent - just one more to go!

Bethany has been working in the nonprofit management sector for over 15 years. A civil engineer with an undergraduate degree in International Management, Bethany has worked on sustainable development projects throughout Latin America, Asia, and other areas of the Global South. An an avid traveler with a drive to improve the world, Bethany is also the founder of Global Grid Project - a nonprofit dedicated to providing critical resources to remote communities in need - under which Engines for Change is a registered DBA.
